Jacqueline Kennedy
Biography
Born as Jacqueline Lee Bouvier. Graduate of George Washington University. She married John Kennedy in 1953. They had two children. Editor at Doubleday 1978 to 1994.
She remarried Aristotle Onassis on October 20, 1968.
He died on March 15, 1975.
She appears on the “First Spouse” $10 gold coin and corresponding bronze medal released in 2015. The obverse was designed by Susan Gamble and sculpted by Phebe Hemphill. Reverse designed by Benjamin Sowards and sculpted by Jim Licaretz.
