Born in Winter Haven, Florida, brother of Randy. Attended Berry College in Rome, Georgia, 1972 to 1974. Married Ann Neubert Quillin September 24, 1989. They have a son. Employed with Partin Trucking Co. Inc. 1975 to 1981. He was an investment banker 1982 to 1985. DBA Partin's Collectibles 1985 to 1989. Since 1988 he has been a professional researcher in genealogy.
Since 1984 he has served on the board for FUN. Since 1987 he has been secretary/treasurer of the Florida Token Society. He served on the board of CWTS 1988 to 1991. He was president of the Georgia State Token and Exonumia Association for 1989-1990.
He and Randy are authors of Georgia Trade Tokens published in 1990.
