Born in Winter Haven, Florida, brother of James. Received B.A. from Georgia Southern University in 1987. Employed as office manager with Partin Oil Company.
He collects Georgia and Florida tokens. He and James are authors of Georgia Trade Tokens published in 1990.
Author of Cigar Brand Names on Tokens and Other Exonumia (2007).
