Resident of Denver, Colorado. Married April 21, 1891 to Harriet Dexter; son-in-law of James V. Dexter. Secretary Treasurer of Union Deposit and Trust Company.Director of the Fish and Game Bureau 1920-1937.

Owned 1804 dollar sold to H. G. Brown for $2000 in 1903.
