Curtis D. Radford
Biography
Born in Neenah, Wisconsin. Married Kathryn Metzig June 21, 1980. They have five children. Received B.S. from Tulane University in 1977 and M.D. from University of Wisconsin in 1981. Resident at Mayo Clinic 1981 to 1984. Practicing general internist since 1984.
Radford considers himself a philatelist rather than a numismatist. He is a collector of forerunner and modern souvenir cards. Founder of Souvenir Card Collectors Society in 1981. He has served as president since 1981. Original editor of Souvenir Card Journal 1981 to 1982. He developed the numbering system used by collectors of souvenir cards published in The Souvenir Card Collectors Society Numbering System for Forerunner and Modern Day Souvenir Cards.
