John M. Richardson
Born on a New England farm. Married to Emily J. Bently in 1888. They had four children. He attended the Worchester County Free Institute of Industrial Science, later known as the Worchester Polytechnic Institute. He was employed as a model and pattern maker and retired in 1933.
He had at one time collected stamps and butterflies. Author of The Copper Coins of Vermont originally published in The Numismatist. He died at home in Stratford, Connecticut.
