Nicholas Gerald Theodore

Biography

Born in Media, Pennsylvania. Married Patricia Ann Kilman in 1965. They had a daughter and a son.

Received B.S. from the University of Notre Dame in 1959 and LL.D. from Villanova School of Law in 1962. He practiced law as assistant public defender in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Partner with Mowatt, McErlean, Theodore & Rubin.

Served as Superintendent of the Philadelphia Mint July 1, 1969, through 1977.  In 1977 he was honored with a “Special Act or Service Award” for work on the labor negotiations committee. Afterwards he was vice president and general manager for the Gottschalk Metal Sponge Company.
