James Allen
Biography
Born in Brooklyn, New York. Graduate of the College of Staten Island. Married to Barbara with three daughters. Served in the U.S. Air Force in Vietnam from 1966 to 1971. Electrician with the New York City Transit Authority.
He served as property manager for New York International Convention and the Central States Numismatic Society convention.
