Born in Lunenberg, Massachusetts. Married to Irene Burkhalder on June 1, 1941. Following her death he married Agnes on 1990. Worked airline manufacturing.
Vice President and president of the Orange County Coin Club. Past president of the California State Numismatic Association 1965-67. Representative for the Franklin Mint. Received Numismatic News Numismatic Ambassador Award.
