Miko Kaufman

Biography

Born in Buzeu, Romania. Interred in concentration camps during World War II. He came to America in 1951.

Fellow of the American Numismatic Society and member of the American Medallic Sculpture Association.

He designed the Gerald Ford inaugural medals.

Received the ANA Numismatic Art Award in 1978.
