Thomas W. Noe
Born in Bowling Green, Ohio. Married to Bernadette Restivo. Appointed chairman of the Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee in October 2004/ He resigned in May 2005.
Noe managed a $50 million fund for the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation. Under the parent company of Vintage Coins & Collectibles, Noe invested funds with Capital Coins Ltd., Visionary Rare Coins, Numismatic Professionals, Rare Coin Alliance and Karl D. Hirtzinger. Following investigations by The Toledo Blade, Now was charged with mis-managing the funds. Noe was found guilty on November 13, 2006, of theft, money laundering, forgery and corrupt activity.
