Born in Long Island, New York. Graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara. Received J.D. from Whittier Law School in 1999. President of PSA in 2002 to 2017 and PSA/DNA in 2003. President and CEO of Collectors Universe Inc. after October 9, 2017. He retired July 16, 2021.
