Born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Married to Anne.
Sculptor and medallic artist. Attended Pennsylvania Academy for Fine Arts and the University of Pittsburgh. Taught at the Academy of Art College in San Francisco.
Employed with the Franklin Mint. He received the ANA Numismatic Art Award for Excellence in Medallic Scupture. in 1991. That year he also received the ANS Saltus Award.
