Biography

Born in Texas. Married to Arthur Ray with a daughter. Long time worker for Democrats in the Denver area. Chief Administrative Officer for the Colorado House of Representatives. Served as  Superintendent of the Denver Mint in 1978 to 1981. Served on Colorado Lottery Commission.
