Reverse Description: A crescent sun appears at the bottom as if rising on the horizon with long rays extending to the top of the coin. A flying eagle covers the central portion, atop the rays. The 1914 Philadelphia-minted Saint-Gaudens $20 boasts one of the lowest mintages for any Philly Saint. However, it is not necessarily the rarest of the Philadelphia Saint-Gaudens double eagles. Examples grading in the circulated and lower uncirculated grades are widely available, though Gems are a different story. Only a few dozen pieces are known in all grades of MS65 or higher.
