Reverse Description: A crescent sun appears at the bottom as if rising on the horizon with long rays extending to the top of the coin. A flying eagle covers the central portion, atop the rays. The 1931-D is one of the rarest of all Saint-Gaudens $20s. Yet, like the other post-1928 Saints, virtually all are known in uncirculated grades ranging from about MS60 to MS65.
