<p><b>OBV. 7. S1LH, S7B-JCHb, S8UE, S13LH.</b> Stars are large and clear of milling. S13 almost ½ mm. from curl. Date a close 7 mm. and high, with short serifs at top of ones. A wavy die crack joins base of date, a similar crack joins all stars on left, still another joins stars 8 through 10 on most seen.</p>
