<p><b>OBV. 5. S1B, S7LH-JOC, S8LH, S13UH.</b> Stars large and close to milling. S8 is 1 mm. from cap. S13 is ½ mm. C. Date is 9 ¾ mm. with a large 9 over 8 and 18 wider than 819. The knob on tail of 9 is large, flat and recut. A spear like defect near top of 1 and two or three fine die lines from drapery just left of 1. Star 13 flatly struck.</p>
