      Reverse Description: Wheat ears flanking the words ONE CENT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The motto E PLURIBUS UNUM on the top perimeter.
      General Notes: 1940 Lincoln cents are extremely common in conditions ranging from the well-worn to MS66. The coin becomes significantly scarcer in the MS67 range, with but a handful surviving in grades higher than that.
