      Obverse Description: Bust of Abraham Lincoln framed by IN GOD WE TRUST on the top periphery. The word LIBERTY to the left of the portrait and the date and mintmark (If any) positioned on the right side.
      Reverse Description: Wheat ears flanking the words ONE CENT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The motto E PLURIBUS UNUM on the top perimeter.
      General Notes: The 1957-D Lincoln cent is an extremely common coin in all circulated grades and even in uncirculated levels up through MS66. At the MS67, the 1957-D Lincoln cent is a scarce coin, and but a handful of specimens are known in higher grades ' these take handsome four-figure prices on the rare occasions such pieces are offered for sale.
