General Notes: The 1903-S Micro S Morgan dollar is a popular variety that experts believe may have been struck by a die punched with an S mintmark intended for the Barber quarter. A few thousand specimens are known to exist, though essentially all are circulated specimens. Perhaps a tiny few exist in uncirculated condition. There are no known PLs or DMPLs.
