UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is written around the periphery with the date at the bottom. General Notes: The 7 Over 6 overdate is visible with a good portion of the 6 evident beneath the 7. The first 1 in the date is also doubled. This is an important variety in the U.S./Philippines series. It was first listed in the Guide Book of United States Coins in 2014 (in the 68th edition).
