This is an extremely popular variety among Lincoln cent collectors and variety specialists. Were it not for its more famous and dramatic cousin (1955 Doubled Die Obverse, FS-101) this would be considered a fantastic doubled die. Late die states with less dramatic doubling aren't worth as much.
