General Notes: This popular Carson City Morgan dollar is not necessarily rare, but it is much scarcer than other dates -- extreme demand for this date pushes premiums up for any specimens on the market. They are widely available through at least MS66 and become very scarce in MS67, with a tiny number known above that -- pieces that are extremely rare and draw stunning premiums.
