General Notes: The 1914-D comes from an average mintage for the Indian Half Eagle series except that does not reflect its modern day numismatic rarity and value. This coin is surprisingly scarce in Mint State grades and is certainly far from just a type coin making it very underrated. It is nearly as rare as any other Denver coin in the series outside of the 1911-D. PCGS #: 8528 NGC ID: 28DV
