Fr. 1002* $20 1914 Federal Reserve Note PCGS Very Fine 30. Census totals list just 12 of these this Kansas City Burke-Houston $20 replacement notes. None are listed with a grade comparable to this example, as corroborated by the eight pieces that have made auction appearances in the last 20 years. This piece is technically the finest and, in terms of eye appeal, unequaled by any other example that we have offered. The paper is bright and white for the grade, with unmistakable originality. It would have easily earned a Premium Paper Quality descriptor were it not for three miniscule pinholes. It is unlikely that this note will be overlooked by the avid Federal Reserve Note collectors fervently seeking out the finest replacement and regular issue notes available. Ex: Eric P.
