Biography

Born in Shanghai. Received Masters degree from Shanghai University. Mint Director of the Shenyang Mint 2008 to 2914, Mint Director at Shanghai Mint, Associate at Asset Marketing Services after 2017. In 2024 he was on the Coin World list of 100 Most Influential People in Numismatics.
