Lynch of Nyack, New York and the Rev. Samuel M. Morton of Mitchell, Indiana. A 1907 Periods eagle with flat borders sold for $150. An 1853 Moffat & Co. twenty-dollar gold piece brought $42; an 1854 Kellogg & Co. twenty-dollar piece sold for $34; and two Bechtler five-dollar pieces brought $35 each. The sale closed with the top lot, an 1851 Augustus Humbert slug that sold for $215.
