The inside front cover contains the notation “MOLNEFUICK” in red pencil, with a note from Newman pasted below indicating “March 2013. I wish to correct the above code. The C is not a 9 but a dummy letter used anywhere in the system. The K is 9 always.” Pp. 1-21 are additionally hand priced while pp. 22-72 are priced in code.
