Written to James Curtis Booth (1810-1888) from his brother-in-law, Conrad W. Faber concerning charges leveled against Booth by Richard Sears McCulloh (1818-1894). Booth allegedly left 5% silver content in with refined gold, 4/5 of which should have been separated out by the Refining Department.
