Schilke, Oscar
Born in West Cromwell, Connecticut. Married to Olga with a son and a daughter. Employed as an electrical contractor, retired about 1957.
President of New York Numismatic Club 1954-55. Past president of the Fairfield County Historical Association. Served on board for MANA; ANA district secretary.
Co-Author with Ralphael E. Solomon of America's Foreign Coins published in 1964.
He died in Lawrence Memorial hospital in Naugatuck, Connecticut. His collection was sold at auction by Lester Merkin December 8-9, 1972.
