Born in Newark, New Jersey. Served in the field artillery during WW II 1943 to 1946. Married to Olympia September 19, 1948. (She died May 22, 1995.) They had five children.
Dealer with Ampere Coin Shop in East Orange, New Jersey. Publisher of the Flying Eaglet and Coin Press. Coin Press was sold in 1961 to Krause Publications and later became COINS Magazine. Author of a coin column in Newark Sunday Star Ledger. Author of Major Variety - Oddity Guide of United States Coins in 1962. Later editions were published.
He died in Caldwell, New Jersey
