His name appears in the April, 2004 Numismatist as a new ANA member.
He built a substantial reference collection of three-cent nickels. His collection was sold by Scotsman Auction Company in two sales, July and October 2011. Rosner purchased approximately 100 pieces from the October sale, which he had certified by ANACS with the Allan Gifford pedigree.
