Weight Money
The name given to cer- tain ancient Chinese coins bearing a weight value and the name of the place of issue, from the seventh to the fourth centuries B.C. The Chinese call the coins Kia tseh ma, Kiu ma, Pi tch'eng ma, and Tseh ma (q.v.).
