$5,000,000 in Continental Currency was authorized by the Resolutions of May 9, 1776 and May 22, 1776. The same style as the Nov. 29, 1775 issue, except that the bottom border of the face of the $4 denomination does not face inward as it does on all other issues. Counterfeit detector sheets on blue paper. Signers, emblems, mottoes, and nature prints are subsequently included in this section.
