See August 10, 1739 for spelling and type style variations. Printed on paper containing blue silk thread. Signers were Cornelius Barnes, Matthew Clarkson, William Crispin, George Douglass, Abel Evans, Nicholas Fairlamb, Josiah Hewes, William Kenly, Thomas Leech, Charles Moore, Thomas Moore, Samuel C. Morris, Sketchly Morton, Elisha Price, Joseph Redman, William Smith, Peter Thomson, Godfrey Twells, and Andrew Tybout, with three signers on each bill and with one signature usually in red ink.
