£28,000 in legal tender Bills of Credit were approved on Nov. 25, 1747 for military purposes and redeemable by Nov. 25, 1756. The arms on the left and numbering was changed to read upward, otherwise similar to the previous issue. They were printed by James Parker, with the same signers as the previous issue.
