£10,000 in legal tender Bills of Credit approved on April 1, 1756 and to be redeemed by Nov. 1761. The Arms are on the right side. A rectangular border is on the left side and a serpentine column on the right, both being from prior issues. Number is again abbreviated as Numb. The apostrophe in “its” was again eliminated. Otherwise in same form as Dec. 10, 1737 issue. Printed by James Parker. Blank dark coarse paper backs. Signers were Henry Cruger, Paul Richard, William Walton, and John Watts.
