Description Postmarked Oct. 28, 1906, 6:30pm, New Milford, Conn. Addressed to Mr. Will O'Connor, New Milford, Conn. R.F.D. No. 3, Box 35. Manufacturer's text: Perforating postage stamps. The stamps are printed in sheets of 400, and after being gummed by machinery, are sent to perforating machines, - - appliances armed with batteries of countless rapidly moving needles which perforate the rows of tiny holes that separate the stamps and permit the sheets to be subdivided at will.
