Manufacturer's text: In the macerator of the Treasury and average of a million dollars a day of old money is ground into pulp. The largest sum ever deposited in the macerator by the committee in one day was 151,000,000 Dollars, destroyed on June 27, 1894. Pub. by Foster & Reynolds. 1 Madison Avenue, New York. Made in Germany. Handwritten 10 in top-left corner and #499 in bottom-middle.
