1845/1845 H10C MS65 NGC. CAC. V-5, FS-302. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. The date is obviously repunched west. Crisply struck and satiny with lavender motifs, cobalt-blue fields, and olive-gold margins. The thin horizontal mark beneath the TES in STATES is mint-made, identical to that seen on the preceding lot. Census: 31 in 65, 8 finer (10/13) for all 1845 half dimes. Ex: "Colonel" E.H.R.
