1853 H10C No Arrows MS64 NGC. CAC. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. A low mintage issue due to the addition of arrows to the design later in the year. The present near-Gem has lilac, forest-green, and straw-gold toning. Intricately struck and coruscating with smooth surfaces and attractive eye appeal. Census: 41 in 64 (1 in 64 S), 25 finer (10/13).
