1891 25C PR67+ S Cameo NGC. CAC. Although the business-strike mintage was the largest since 1877, the last proofs struck in the Seated quarter series numbered a mere 600. This Superb Gem proof 1891 from the Newman Collection should draw many bidders, especially those who favor last-year types. The vivid concentric patina on both sides and a full proof impression should make this a most appealing acquisition.
