1917 25C Type One MS66 Full Head NGC. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. Rich toning on the obverse serves to accentuate the central devices on this Premium Gem example. In addition to the Full Head designation, the shield rivets are all present and well defined. Deep golden-orange, red, and olive-green shades enhance the surfaces.
