1824 50C AU58+ NGC. CAC. O-113, R.1. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. Here is the scarce early die state of the O-113 with a distinct die line crossing the interior of the 2 in the date, a feature either overlooked or unknown to Overton. The "sharp irregular break" mentioned by Overton, west of the eagle's neck, is visible on this deeply toned near-Mint example.
