1828 50C Square Base 2, Small 8, Large Letters MS64 NGC. O-114a, R.3. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. Deep peach-gold and gunmetal-gray toning embrace this satiny near-Gem. The strike is generally sharp though Liberty's curls show occasional weakness. The surfaces are devoid of abrasions.
