1829 50C Large Letters MS62 NGC. O-110, R.2. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. The sole 1829 Overton marriage with large letters in the reverse legend, one of three examples in the Newman Collection. A deeply patinated piece with blue-green and chestnut-gold surfaces. Wonderfully smooth and unblemished surfaces aside from a nearly imperceptible mark beneath the jaw. Ex: "Colonel" E.H.R.
