For the final year of the short-lived Arrows type, the mintage dropped significantly from the previous year to just over three-quarters of a million pieces. This coin's brightness is readily apparent, even through the considerable red-toned centers and deep blue margins. Sharply defined on the obverse, less so on the reverse. Ex: "Colonel" E.H.R.
