A small die lump and die line, both visible only with a glass, appear in the eagle's upper neck feathers. There is also a small die lump in the feathers to the right of the shield. A die crack runs from the bottoms of STATES OF A to the scroll above GOD. This is an attractive and well-struck near-Gem with scattered olive-gold, dove-gray, and pinkish-gray patina.
