1890 50C PR67 Cameo NGC. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. Rich golden and ice-blue patina surrounds the central portrait of Liberty on the thickly frosted silver-white obverse, creating excellent cameo contrast. The reverse eagle is equally well-frosted and shows a pinkish hue, with hints of gold and blue scattered about. The strike is bold throughout both sides. The 1890 proof Seated half production, at 590 pieces, was the lowest since 1877's total of 510 coins. Census: 10 in 67 Cameo, 0 finer (9/13). Ex: "Colonel" E.H.R.
